ANDREW J. LANTELME


SOUTHBURY- Andrew J. Lantelme, 91, of 889 B Heritage Village, died Sunday morning at home. He was the husband of Dorothy M. (Wagener) Lantelme.

Andrew was born February 28, 1916 in Richmond Hill, NY, son of the late John P. and Constance (Jaeger) Lantelme. He graduated from Brooklyn Technical School. For his entire career, he was employed by Dorr Oliver, Inc. having worked in various managerial positions, retiring in 1984.

Andrew and his wife have resided in Southbury since 1974, previously living in Westport and Stamford.

Besides his wife of 69 years, he leaves two daughters, Carole Rosa and her husband John of Ridgefield and Andrea Brewster and her husband Thomas of Woodbury. Also three grandchildren, John Rosa and his wife Beverly of Danbury, Deborah Rosa of Rockfall, CT and Jill Lounsbury and her husband Bill of Danbury and two great grandchildren, Joey and Colin Lounsbury of Danbury.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 8th at 2 p.m. at the Southbury Funeral Home of Munson-Lovetere, 235 Main St. North. Friends may call the funeral home Wednesday from 1 p.m. until the time of service. Burial will be private.
