Susann Sprole

Susann “Susi” Legath Sprole of Woodbury, CT born February 19, 1973 lost her courageous battle to stage 4 breast cancer on Sunday, July 30, 2017 at Memorial Sloan Kettering.

Susi is survived by her loving husband Ryan Sprole, beloved son Graham, her devoted parents Josef and Rosi Legath of Waterbury, her sister Johanna Legath Klohn (Thom Klohn) of Burbank, California. She will be cherished and missed by many relatives and loved ones.

Susi graduated from Carmel High School and Marist College. Susi enjoyed a long career with General Electric in Danbury, CT. Most recently Susi’s career took a turn to raising her son and spending time at his preschool (CAST) which she adored.

Susi was known for her infectious smile and positive attitude throughout her struggles. Susi never gave up.

In celebration of Susi, visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 from 4pm-7pm at Munson-Lovetere Funeral Home, Woodbury, CT. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Hope Lodge-American Cancer Society (132 West 32nd Street New York, New York 10001), as per Susi’s wishes.
