Shawn was our neighbor. Shawn always had a smile on his face and oh that laugh. Always knew when he was home from work, Trudy would jump out of the truck and our dog Max would start to bark to welcome them home!!! Then Shawn would start to work on his wood project. Am sure he has already started a project in heaven!!!!

My deepest condolences to the family. I met Shawn when he worked in Moorefield, West Virginia several years ago. The locals quickly accepted him as one of our own. He lit up the room with his smile, funny accent and kind hearted, easy going nature. I am so sorry for your loss.

Heidi, When we heard the terrible, tragic news this afternoon, our hearts ached for you and your family: the pain of losing a child cuts like a knife. I can still see in my minds eye, Shawn & Brian playing Jimi Hendrix songs on their guitars in our basement. (Perhaps they are reconnecting in a beautiful place that we can't even imagine?)
