Richard J. Kailukaitis Sr.

Southbridge, Ma. Richard J. Kailukaitis, Sr., age 58 died Sunday, October 29, 2017 at home surrounded by family. Richard was born January 13, 1959 in Torrington, CT., the son of Esther M. (Madland) and John A. Kailukaitis of Naugatuck, CT.

Richard recently retired from the Midwest Operating Engineers where he was a heavy machine operator for many years. He loved to fish and ride his Motorcycle but most of all he loved his family - he leaves behind a son John Kailukaitis and his wife Monika of Wisconsin, a son Richard Kailukaitis, Jr and his wife Shirley and his grandson Leo of Arizona, and a daughter Kimberly Kailukaitis of Illinois. He also leaves a brother Daniel Kailukaitis and his wife Nancy of Hawaii, a sister Catherine Dargan  and her husband Dick of Mass. and a sister Connie Graziano and her husband Al of Illinois and his parents Esther and John Kailukaitis.  

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday November 4th, 2017 from 4-6 PM at Munson Lovetere Funeral Home, 2 School St. Woodbury, CT. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society at http://www.cancer.org
