Waterbury- Margaret Elizabeth Whitlock, 91, passed away 11/17/2017 at Ingraham Manor, Bristol, CT.  Margaret was born 05/25/1926 and was the wife of the late Harold (John) Edward Whitlock. 
She attended local schools in Stratford, CT, and worked at Woodbury Pewter.  She also worked on the family farm, Whitlock Dairy Farm, making wonderful food and baked goods.  She enjoyed cooking and baking and would often share her creations with her neighbors and always with her family.  Thanksgiving won’t be the same without her creamed onions and special sweet potatoes.  She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
She attended Middlebury Baptist Church when she was younger and placed her faith and trust in the Lord as her Saviour.  She attended various local Baptist churches and enjoyed visits from Pastor Tartaglino from Lighthouse Baptist Church.  
She is survived by her son, John H. Whitlock and his spouse Sophie.  Her grandchildren, Laura Dudley and her spouse Lee, Diana Whitlock, John E. T. Whitlock, Alisha Guzman and her spouse Christian, Matthew Whitlock and his spouse Kelley, and Teddy Whitlock and his spouse Breanna, eleven great grandchildren, and three great, great grandchildren. 
Special thanks to the staff at Bristol Home Care and Hospice, the staff at Ingraham Manor, Dr. Gary Miller and Assunta DeLuca-Bachman APRN for their wonderful care.
There will be a graveside service on Wednesday November 22nd at 2:30pm at New North Cemetery, Washington Ave., Woodbury. Memorial Contributions can be made to, Bristol Home Care and Hospice, 222 Main Street, P.O. Box 977, Bristol, CT 06010.   Munson-Lovetere has been entrusted with the arrangements.
