Dearest Haig: I was shocked and deeply saddened to read of your beautiful wife Lija’s passing. In the December 2018 issue of Litchfield Magazine, “A Taco Sensation” review appears and it notes that your late wife encouraged you to start your food truck. I was stunned. Haig, I am so sorry for your devastating loss and can only hope that time will ease your pain and anguish.
