I am sorry for the loss of such a wonderful and powerful woman. Mrs. Side will always be remembered as the woman who inspired me to enjoy huge Christmas trees. May she rest in peace and may the light of God bring all of you peace and love.

Saddened to hear of Mrs Side's passing. She was always kind and caring to me and I have many happy memories of growing up on Grassy Hill and spending time at her house. My condolences to her family. May she rest in peace.

We always remember Ethel as a warm and welcoming woman; graceful and full of grace. For over 70 years, she shared Christmas greetings and she never forgot a birthday. May your sadness at her passing be reduced by memories of the full life she enjoyed, the wonderful family she created, and the life-long friendships she nurtured. A woman of peace; may she rest in peace.

Ethyl had many gifts and she was exceptional at giving them away. She lit up the world around her, and gave us the sense that we also could do the same. Surly, when she came before Our Lord she heard, "Well done good and faithful servant!"
