Christopher D. Griffith

Christopher Griffith 36, of Woodbury, beloved son of Carl and Deborah (Rado) Griffith passed away on Thursday December 19, 2019.  Christopher was born on May 27, 1983 in Waterbury, CT

Christopher graduated from St Margaret-McTernan School as a lifer student, and was a graduate of Sacred Heart University in Fairfield where he was a member of the Alpha Sigma Psi Fraternity. After college Chris  lived and worked in South Korea for a year and upon his return to the States worked in the Financial Industry in NYC.

Christopher loved his hometown of Woodbury and was home often. He wanted to enter the world of Politics and started this endeavor in his hometown.  He was elected to the Woodbury Board of Finance and was Treasurer for the Woodbury Republican Town Committee.  He was also on the Board of Directors and the Treasurer for the Rising Stars for CT Futures, Inc. Christopher was honored to receive the Chairman's award for the Young Republican of the Year for 2019 from the Republican Town Committee.

Besides his parents, Christopher leaves behind his uncles, Daniel Rado of Florida, David Rado of Oxford, and his aunt, Mary Rado Simpson of Kentucky, along with several cousins, many friends and associates, and his beloved Renee Currao.
