This is to Dianna Pamela Johnny and Joey and it's course his mother and father he loves you guys so much we talked for hours before he passed I know he would want me to tell you how much he adored all of you as his family take care he's in God's arms

His condolences to his family Deanna Joey Pamela Johnny his mother and father of course we talked several hours on the phone before he passed I believe he was a gift from God to me he had the biggest heart I will be ever so grateful for his kind words he wanted me to let you know he loves you guys so much and he had a hard life and Pamela he says happy Halloween !! He loved his family for sure and he was a Sands for sure LOL Pammy it was so weird when I used to see you at my husband's all gas station walking by and I used to think house Billy he was such a dear friend and he did a lot for my family that people don't know about because he had a big heart I hope you're doing well he's safe with God Amen

BILLY I love God I'm so glad he brought you back into my life I hope his arms are around you you deserve it you made me laugh when I was a young girl you help my family people don't know that but you had a biggest heart the biggest smile and the biggest sparkling eyes I'll never forget you you're a true person I love you so much and I will miss you come to me in my dreams

To Billy's family, We are so saddened to hear of Billy's passing. What a wonderful tribute you wrote for him.. Over the past 8 yrs, Billy had become one of our family members. Spending many holidays with us and our children. Please know he will be deeply missed, our hearts are broken, we will treasure the time we had with him, we will remember his laughter, jokes, and the stories, and take comfort that he was truely in Gods hands when his blue eyes twinkled for the last time..May you all be blessed . I haven’t seen Billy since high school but think of our friendship fondly. We had some exiting times in the 70’s. RIP Billy.
