SORRY TO READ OF YOUR LOSS. I GRADUATED FROM NEW BRITAIN HIGH SCHOOL WITH DON. I WAS IN A NUMBER OF CLASSES WITH DON AND REMEMBER HIM AS VERY FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS SMILING. HE WAS A BIG KID AND PLAYED ON THE FOOTBALL TEAM. I LIVE IN NEWTON AND SORRY OUR PATHES NEVER CROSSED.

One of our favorite places to be is among friends and caring people. Though we would only spend moments at a time with Don, we feel as though we have a lifetime of memories filled with laughter, knowledge and generosity thanks to Don. Our loss is Heaven's gain.

I was so sorry to hear of Don’s death. Such a kind gentleman with a great sense of humor. Don was my go-to person at the hardware store where he was greatly valued for his knowledge and helpfulness. I will miss not seeing him during my frequent trips there. My condolences to his family.
