| David A. DeBisschop, great-nephew of Earle Munson, has been associated with Munson-Lovetere for over 25 years. David grew up in Oxford, CT and was a 1978 graduate of Seymour High School. He attended Herkimer County Community College in Herkimer, NY, was a 1980 graduate of the Simmons School of Mortuary Science in Syracuse, NY, and has been a licensed funeral director and embalmer since 1982.
Having strong ties to the community, David is very active in his church, serving on various boards and committees. He has been a member of the Oxford Center Fire Company No. 1 since 1982, serving in the past as a 2nd Lieutenant, Secretary, and Director of Civil Defense, and is currently on the Board of Trustees. David and his wife, Barbara Falcone, were married in 2006 and live in Oxford with Barbara’s two children, Anthony and Morgan. In his spare time, David is an avid hunter and fisherman.
He enjoys working in the family atmosphere at Munson-Lovetere and takes pride in the professional and caring manner families are served. Dave’s long-time commitment and dedication to the company shines through in maintaining long standing traditions and his closeness with families.
