Caring for our communities since 1822

At Munson-Lovetere, our licensed funeral directors are available to assist you, any time of the day or night. Our professional staff includes Lissa Lovetere-Stone, the niece of the late Joseph P. Lovetere, David A. DeBisschop, the nephew of the late Earle Munson, Kurstin d. Berghauser, and Danielle Mirabillo-Madia. We are the only funeral home in the area with four licensed funeral directors available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Families are reassured by this heritage of family ownership, attention to detail and service.

It's the details that matter.

We understand how difficult it is to plan a funeral under stress and time constraints. That’s why we are on hand to assist in any way we can, so that your family may turn their attention to more important matters.

A ceremony as unique as the person.

When you make your selections with us, we listen carefully, taking into account your needs, desires, and the customs and traditions of your family. Your service will be as personalized as you wish to make it, and will be a true commemoration of the life of your loved one. We will work with you on any special request you have to ensure the service reflects the life that was lived. In fact, we have even arranged some funerals with our antique, horse-drawn hearse for the processional.

Ask us how to personalize the service.
